We always want you to be happy with your purchases from Charlie James & Company! However, if for any reason you need to return or exchange your items, we want the process to be easy peasy! Return your order to us any way you wish. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking number, as this is proof of your return. Once we have received your package, we will confirm your return information via e-mail. Return Instructions & Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. It can take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Most of our products are 100% cotton, it's very important that your items are cared for as directed.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return via e-mail.
  • Gift Cards and other select items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
  • All international purchases placed through International Checkout are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
